(ASCEND) v.fc/v.fast support when?

Can anyone give a definitive answer to whether or not
5.0Ap16 currently support v.fc or v.fast?

Also if I am correct in thinking that 5.0Ap16 does not contain v.fc or v.fast
WHEN will this be corrected.  Telling customers that their modem doesnt
work now but it does on our competitors US Robotics X2 server is not
going over too well.
