Let me know the URL - this WAS true, before Ascend started shipping their
new cards. I believe Cisco is also shipping new cards that are actually
digital and not hybrid.
Sounds like a marketing document.
If you're still looking for mailing lists have you found 'inet-access',
'iap', and/or 'isp-tech'?
There are also a number of Livingston mailing lists, USR, Cisco, Annex,
etc lists...
