We have added the time restrictions per account type to RadiusNT 2.3
(not released yet). Its fairly straight forward and will also
append/modify the Ascend-Max-Time or Session-Timeout field to include
the lesser of their default or how much time they have left.
For example, if they can call from 8pm-5pm and have a 4 hour session
limit and call at 4pm, it sets their session limit to 1 hour.
