If you are using "Call-Logging" then you are using RADIUS Accounting.
"Call Logging" sends RADIUS accounting messages to NavisAccess to allow
the SNMP manager to track calls without having to do an SNMP query.
Check to make sure that the "Call-Logging" "Key" agrees with the secret
being used by NavisAccess.
In NavisAccess, the default Call Logging Key is entered in the
"Default Secret" field on the Access Watch Configuration tab found under
Config > System Options.
To enter a key different from the default, open the device Boxmap,
right click on the Configuration icon and choose Configuration.
Enter the new key in the Call Logging Secret field.
You also need to make sure that the Acct-ID Base parameter is set to 10
for Call Logging to work properly.
