(ASCEND) PRI Setup between Nortel NT and Ascend TNT

We sent the following question into Ascend support and their answer
was to read the manual on how to configure the PRI.  They were nice
enough to send us a reference for the BRI configuration.  I suspect
there is a compatiblity problem between the Release on the Nortel
Switch and the TNT.  Any help is appreciated.
